Productivity involves getting enough sleep, having a healthy diet, and creating a daily schedule that allows you to fit in workouts, social life and time for your passions. Productivity helps you feel confident and valuable because you use your time wisely.


Be mindful of the present moment.

Being mindful of the present moment is a great way to build self-confidence, self-trust and self-trust. You can do this by getting into nature and taking note of the sights, sounds and smells around you. Or by setting some time on your calendar to meditate. Eating foods like fish, vegetables and fruits can help to improve your mental health. Finally, finding time for hobbies is something that can help you to improve your mental health. Hobbies have been proven to improve mental health, which is why therapists often recommend them.


Hold Yourself Accountable

You can build a better you by holding yourself accountable. Make a list of goals for yourself and writing down when you plan to achieve them. You should also hold yourself accountable by having a friend or mentor keep you in check. Having someone check in with you from time to time and ask how you are progressing can be a great way to keep yourself accountable.

Doing something you love is what most of us aspire to, but not all of us achieve it. If you’re working towards something that frustrates you, stop and consider why. Maybe it’s not the thing you want to do. Maybe it’s because there’s someone else who seems to be getting more done. Perhaps there’s a better way of doing things — one that’s worth pursuing. Regardless of the reason, if you fail to give your best effort, it won’t matter what other people say – you’ll never achieve your goals.

Focus on Your Goal

Many people have goals that seem so daunting they can’t even think about them. But if you focus on what you want and nothing else, you’ll soon see that these goals can be achieved. Just keep taking small steps one at a time. When you start, it can be terrifying to move forward. But keep going. Eventually, your goal will become evident and you’ll be glad that you took the risk of pursuing it.

Know-How to achieve your Goal

When you set goals, don’t just set an arbitrary milestone. Make sure the goal is something you can achieve. This is a very easy thing to do; just ask yourself if it has happened before and if it can be translated into words, then do so. Make sure to distinguish between practical goals and ideational ones; practical goals are what you can accomplish in the present, while ideational goals are more about what the future you envision.

Life doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes things will slip through the cracks. Is procrastination a mental illness? We all procrastinate at some point in our lives. Many of us are so used to delaying things that we forgot how it feels to finish everything on time and meet deadlines well before the due date. And while there is a thin line between putting things off and being successful, there are some people who simply procrastinate without any rational explanation for it.

Procrastination is not a disease or illness. The term ” procrastination” describes a characteristic of human beings that helps us stay efficient and productive when we should be burned out or focused on other things. While some may think that procrastination is simply a matter of being too lazy to get started, I guess that most of us have at least a little bit of procrastination in us.

Procrastination is not a mental illness. It is a normal human tendency to postpone or avoid action because of discomfort or worry. Think of it like the old saying: “When the going gets tough, some people start taking anti-depressants.”” Too many people indeed become mentally disturbed when they wouldn’t normally act on their thoughts or feelings, but that does NOT mean they have a mental illness.

We can Control our Habits

Procrastination is not a mental illness. To say someone has a mental illness is to imply that they cannot control their actions and habits, and this is generally not true. Genius author Daniel Goleman says we all have the power to change our habits and get things done more efficiently. He explains that some habits are harmful because they are resistant to change, whilst others enable us to accomplish great deeds. Some harmful habits include smoking, overeating, and drinking excessively; but for most of us, these are habits we can eliminate without professional help.

Procrastination can be helpful

Procrastination is not a mental illness. It is normal for us to be distracted by tasks that need doing and things that we want to do but haven’t done them yet. There is nothing wrong with this; in fact, it can be very helpful (in fact, it is one of the reasons I started this blog in the first place). We are human, and we make mistakes. But when you consistently fail to do things that matter, it gets under your skin and makes it difficult to work hard on any other tasks.

The reason why this happens is due to a lack of self-control. When you put something off, even for just a second, it can set your brain up to expect that something else will come naturally. But it doesn’t. procrastination is an invisible disease that takes a heavy toll on productivity.

No Cure for Procrastination

Procrastination is not a mental illness. There is no cure for procrastination, and it is not a sign of weakness or lack of willpower. Most of us who practice delaying gratification do so out of habit rather than conscious choice. But now and then our subconscious minds get the best of us, and we begin to repeat actions because of fears of failure or discomfort with decision-making. If you think about all the things you’ve done in your life—the things you wish you hadn’t done–and count how many of them were done without thinking about them first, you’ll begin to understand how procrastination can begin and end in unhealthy ways.

A big part of the reason we procrastinate is that we don’t know how to start. We think we’ll figure it out later, or that going into action now will make things easier. But any strategy or plan for getting things done involves some level of uncertainty. You can’t possibly know all the details about every step involved in getting your project done. So just because you’ve thought about something a lot doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.

Motivation is great. But it is also fleeting and can be frustrating. Sometimes we just lack that little bit of motivation to push us over the edge. So what do we do? We try to manufacture motivation however we can, whether it be through expensive books, seminars, and courses that promise motivation any time we need it, or through unhealthy means such as taking illegal or harmful substances that are supposed to give us the motivation “rush” that we require in our lives.

How to make it good

Burning all the bridges to motivate yourself? What makes you think that’s a good idea? Motivation, in its purest form, is simply a desire to do something for the love of what you do. So the idea that you need external encouragement to continue doing what you’re passionate about is pretty bogus. There are plenty of opportunities out there – many of them presented by friends, family, coworkers, and others who want to help but don’t have the means or motivation themselves.

Burning all the bridges to motivate yourself? It sounds like a good way to get things done, but there’s a lot of risks involved. Taking decisions on the spur of the moment can leave you feeling frustrated and discouraged. You might lose sight of the bigger picture and fail to see the fruits of your efforts. Maybe it’s best to take a more calculated approach: find a way to give yourself small rewards for accomplishing specific goals or activities. Set small goals and make them feel good about themselves.

It is good for a short time

Bridges that are holding you back from getting where you want to go. There is a time for silent self-motivation and there is a time for loud self-motivation. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. If you wait until your motivation wears off before taking action, it will be too late by the time you realize what you did wrong. Let’s take a look at some ways to motivate yourself as well as some ways not to.

There are many reasons to start something new. Often, we start things out of a sense of adventure and a desire to understand our place in the world. This can be exhilarating. But sometimes fear can come in the different ways.
