Productivity involves getting enough sleep, having a healthy diet, and creating a daily schedule that allows you to fit in workouts, social life and time for your passions. Productivity helps you feel confident and valuable because you use your time wisely.
Be mindful of the present moment.
Being mindful of the present moment is a great way to build self-confidence, self-trust and self-trust. You can do this by getting into nature and taking note of the sights, sounds and smells around you. Or by setting some time on your calendar to meditate. Hold Yourself Accountable
You can build a better you by holding yourself accountable. Make a list of goals for yourself and writing down when you plan to achieve them. You should also hold yourself accountable by having a friend or mentor keep you in check. Having someone check in with you from time to time and ask how you are progressing can be a great way to keep yourself accountable.
You can’t just tell yourself that you’re going to do something and then not do it. You need to determine your goal and write it down somewhere so you can see it every day.
